Mall of America is just a very big bunch of little stores...if one wanted a to work at there, you would just ask for an application form at any of the various stores.
You hire a janitor. You also need a mop and bucket for him to work with
Memorials like the Jefferson are National monuments so they are run by the Federal Parks. I imagine that there are no more than a dozen people who work in and around it and the others on the mall.

Depends on your state's local employment laws. Most stores in shopping centers will not employe people younger than 16 as you generally need a valid drivers license and standard (reliable) mode of transportation. Some stores have policies that will not allow them to hire anyone younger than 18. Too many variables come in to play to give a definite answer but a ballpark number would be 16+. Check your local listings.

Many Employyee's work from these mall's. so tey have job like these fields and they are doing work with that designation. They earn money from these job and they can spend money in market and those money distribute in markets . and our economy can not affect from mall's .
