Google has been used by well over 3 billion people worldwide at this point although some claim it is far more based on the amount of hits. That is a bad idea however, because many people visit a website more than once. How could trillions of people visit one website when the whole worlds population is only about 6.5 billion people.

Google is a search engine, like yahoo/ Bing etc, it is a website. A web browser if the one in which you open your website. Internet explorer, Firefox etc are web browsers. Google Chrome is also a web browser, however the website Google is a search engine.

You can set your home page as Google India in the settings of Chrome. Putting Google website with IN as the last part sets it.

This phenomena is called Caching of the webpage. You can see it by entering website URL in the Google search and then in right side of the Search engine result Page you will see cache written just click on it and you can see the last time Google cached your webpage .
