Many people have dogs from all around the world. Some people in other countries don't like dogs as much as others. Two countries have the most: USA and France. So, to answer your question, I could say that maybe most people want a dog, but can't because they are allergic. And some don't even WANT a dog. But to tell you the truth, cats are more popular then dogs because when people get one cat, they always want another.
