Almost no one as there are no solar powered cars being produced and sold. There have been some prototypes, and some cars use solar cells to help charge the batteries but no solar powered cars are on sale as of yet.
None. Solar-powered cars are based on sun-ray and not watts.
The real answer is that it will be used in solar powered cars and many other things.

Mostly voodoo science. Solar energy is not powerful enough to power a real car. You can make some very light cars that are very small to go very small distances for brief periods. As an alternative to fossil fuel, it is dreaming. There is a race in Australia for solar powered cars that travel many miles. Though solar powered cars are impractical at the moment, research is being carried out. It may not result in solar powered cars but will improve the efficiency of solar panels
many fossil fuels are being released into the atmospherics global warming, ozone destruction.....etc. In these fossil fuels include the constantly being released, dangerous smoke of vehicles and vessels. Cars also function this and that is why solar powered car is invented. It does not release smoke as it uses solar power. It needs to be pointed out that there are no solar powered cars currently legal in the world.
The present cars directly driven by solar power are very light and experimental. They are low and streamlined to be less affected by wind, many of them shaped like giant cockroaches. They are completely covered with solar panels on the top. They are experimental at the moment. They take part in races to help scientists and engineers find out the best and most effective designs.Electric cars that charge their batteries from solar power can also be classed as solar powered.Any car powered by the sun releases no harmful carbon dioxide emissions. Cars powered by fossil fuel (diesel, gasoline, petroleum) all contribute to global warming by their emissions. Solar powered cars don't.
millions
I would say solar because it could run all day when it is light out, and pretty long at night since the energy is stored into the solar panels. Electric powered cars have to be charged and you don't get to many hours out the charging.
it all depends on how much sun, how light the car is, humidity and many other factors.

A solar powered airplane is not an hypothesis. There have been many successful experimental flights. A solar powered plane uses electric motors powered by solar panels (or sometimes batteries charged with solar power). At the present time solar panels are only efficient enough to power very light planes.
Depens on how many hours of sun it gets, on how much you want to drive it, and for how long/fast you want it to go. A solar powered speed boat - no. A solar powered commercial ferry - no. A solar powered dinghy for some casual fishing - sure.
