Many people have said you can go into space by going to the space center everyday and keep talking to this one guy who keeps saying that was a successful launch and then the number it was. And he will eventually say "That was successful launch number 100!" and then someone will ask you if you want to go into space you say yes you go into space and then theres Jirachi. Unfortunately, this is just a myth. I myself have tried many times to get into space along with some friends of mine, and it has never worked for any of us. Hope this helped.
