This mostly depends on the size of the pizzas. If you have seven medium pizzas, it's likely that you won't have enough Pizza for everyone. But if they are large pizzas, you'll have enough to feed almost everyone half a pizza. Taking into account the fact that most people probably won't eat half a pizza, if you have seven, you should actually have more than enough, which is fine, considering the fact that you don't want to run out.
