You must exercise enough (strength and cardio) and balance your calories to be slightly less than what you are taking in (with fuel). Chapatis are starch - so eat protein rich and fat (good omega 3/6) with each meal. Eat every 4 hours. Drink loads of water (no other fluids...) I would eat very little carb's with each meal, unless you are exercising at high intensity. Nuts and seeds work as good fuel, but use portions wisely.

Just plain weight loss helps quite a lot, although the only diet plan i could find says to eat food that are high in soluble fiber and low in saturated fat helps.
