You must exercise enough (strength and cardio) and balance your calories to be slightly less than what you are taking in (with fuel). Chapatis are starch - so eat protein rich and fat (good omega 3/6) with each meal. Eat every 4 hours. Drink loads of water (no other fluids...) I would eat very little carb's with each meal, unless you are exercising at high intensity. Nuts and seeds work as good fuel, but use portions wisely.

You cannot lose weight quickly 3500 calories lost = 1 pound fat lost Body fluids change your weight all the time , so don't weigh yourself daily. Focus on eating clean real foods, not packaged food(s). Limit fruit, bread and grains and dairy until your body weight (or body fat) is reduced. Walk in the morning 20 min before breakfast and 20 minutes at night after your last meal. Go to bed at 10:30 pm or earlier to speed up weight loss. Good luck.
