In actuality, none! The secret ending for recoded gave a very important fact: if a person's heartless and nobody are destroyed, their hearts, souls, and bodies recombine into the original person. This means that all characters thought dead can be reborn upon the desruction of the heartless, including the entire organization, and even (gasp!) Master Xehanort himself!
