In the state of Pennsylvania, if you hae a total of 6 or more points in one year, you lose your license.
VT, or Vermont, will allow ten points. Once ten points have been accumulated on an individuals license, Vermont DMV will send out notifications to the person to inform them that their drivers license has been suspended.
Points remain on your licnse for 18 months from the date of the violation.
Go to the DMV and get a print out on your record. You can also get it on line, for a fee, of course.
Most times, when you gets points on your license, you will get a ticket that you will have to pay. If you get so many points on your license, you can lose your license.
