Worked out my normal cup of tea on my weightwatcher calculater - normal water and tea bag is zero points, then 2 tsp of sugar was 1 point and 100ml of full fat milk (seems a lot but its not) was 2 points, so overall point rate for a cup of tea is 3 points, hope this helps x
4.5 (Previous Answer, now different)Based on when this answer was given, I know that Weight Watchers has revamped their point system.1 Small Can of Redbull (8.4 ounces) is 3 points (according to current Weight Watcher's Point Tracker 8/12/2011)Jagermeister (1 shot = 1oz) is 1 point (according to the nutrition facts on DrinksMixer.com)If you use one full can of Redbull and one full shot of Jager to make your Jager Bomb - the answer will be 4.You can get just over (8) 1oz shots of Redbull per can, making each shot of Redbull about .38 point. If you make your Jager Bomb with Equal Parts of Jager and Redbull, then each Bomb will be:1.38 points - round to 1.5.If you make your Jager Bomb with (1) part Jager and (2) parts Redbull, then each Bomb will be:1.76 points - round to 2.
If you don't like counting calories or points, the Core Weight Watchers Diet might be the best choice for you. With this diet, you're given a list of foods you can eat and those are the ones you plan your meals from. It gives you the freedom to eat as much as you want as long as you only eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full. Once you memorize the list of foods, you know exactly what you can eat. The only downside is that it limits you to certain foods and other things are off limits.
