Don't consider it! I don't know what your rush is to lose weight, but this is not a good way. Yes, you can survive four to six weeks without food but surviveing isn't the point. You'd face increadble hunger pain, fatiuge, exaustion and way more. Also once your week is up your lifestyle won't change, and you'll put the weight on again. Honestly I don't think you'd cut enough weight for it to really make a long-term difference. If you went on a diet afterwards your body would still gain weight because it's trying to replenish what it lost durning that week. Bottom Line: Bad Idea.
