It takes 8 pounds of pressure per square inch to break somebody's jaw.
7lbs of pressure to break a collarbone
UPDATE: pressure is measured in units of psi (pounds force per square inch). It is the ratio of force to area which the force is distributed about. Therefore, answering this question as "7lbs" makes no sense whatsoever. I think perhaps what the corrects answer is from doing some quick research is, it take 7 lbs/SQUARE INCH (7 psi), to break a collar bone. Someone please correct the magnitude if wrong.
Rather a huge amount -- you'd be surprised. While giving you a lb/in2 number isn't practical, the skull is functionally a reinforced sphere, and tends to distribute kinetic shock surprisingly well. In real money: To split the skull: 5000N≡ 5000Pa
Well you know it depends. There is no certain amount of pressure that can break or crush your cranium. If you fall from a building pretty high up and land on your head, then that could easily crush your head. Even if you fall on your head the perfect way, you can hurt your cranium. Be careful when biking or Skateboarding or anythings. Make sure you wear a helmet every time to prevent life threatening injuries or even just bad ones. Better safe than sorry:) Hope this helps!

6 pounds of pressure
I heard it only takes 15 pounds of pressure (was told this from a 26 time World Champion Armwrestler).
It would only take about 30 pounds of pressure per square inch to break a human neck. At 25 pounds of pressure, it causes instant unconsciousness.
Since it would probably be tempered glass, 100lbs. of pressure.
The amount of pressure that it takes to break an arm depends on the strength of the arm and the angle in which the pressure is applied. On the average, it takes 120 pounds of pressure.
75 pounds of succinct concentrated opposing downward pressure will break almost any human bone
Depends. It can take up to 250 pounds of pressure I think.
It takes about 7 pounds of pressure to break an elbow according to the UFC
You probably have too twist and do alot of stuff to it, but, it will get swollen up.
Bout 20 pounds of steel bar
Not very much. I have heard 3 pounds, but have no proof of that assertion. I know at least 2 people who broke their own ribs by coughing.
depends on the kind of tile & the thickness & obviously the test method Ceramic or Saltillo will break much easier than Porcelain need more info
