Just leave them alone. If they look really thin then they need to gain weight. But if they are not really thin and they are happy with themselves then leave them alone. Actully if they aren't the average weight or they are overweight that could be a problem. Most 11 year olds I know weigh about 100 pounds, other i know weight 89 and 77. But most of 11 year olds should be about 70-110 pounds.
