Presidents of what?
In the USA, only people who were born in the US or its territories are allowed to be President.
Unfortunately, up to this point, there has been no president who was able to resolve the problems in the Middle East. Several presidents, most notably Bill Clinton, have made some efforts to bring both sides together; but there is such a long history of hatred and mistrust in the Middle East that thus far, the efforts of American presidents to broker some kind of peace deal have been unsuccessful. Barack Obama is one of many US presidents who wanted to make a positive impact on the Middle East, but found he was not able to do so.
It depends on what you mean by that. Like most presidents before him, Mr. Obama believes in the security and safety of Israel, but he also believes (as did previous presidents) that middle east peace talks should be resumed, and that the Palestinians should have the opportunity for a state.
