Dwight Eisenhower wasn't out of office "officailly" until 1961

But the real ones were JFK from 1960[techniclly 61] to his assasination in November of 1963. Then there was LBJ from November 22, 1963 when JFK was assassinated until 1968 [techniclly 1969] and then Nixon. Yippee. hewasn't out of office until the 70's
