The more often you breed a dog the harder it is on her system. The older she is, the harder it is as well. Good breeders only breed their females beginning at the age of two or older until about four or five years of age. After this, it can become harmful for the animal. Another reason responsible breeders retire their females after a short breeding career is due to the fact that as the dog gets older (male or female) the chance of testicular and ovarian cancer (as well as an impossibly broad spectrum of other diseases and ailments) is increased after a certain age and length of years breeding. In short, only a few times (possibly a maximum of 4 or 5 times) before breeding the dog is harmful and irresponsible.
They have a heat every six months, so they could have two litters a year, but this can put a strain on the female. I've heard two vet recomendations, breed two heat cycles back to back and then skip the third, or breed every other heat. Just make sure the female is in good physical health before you breed her.
They can have 2-5 i could be wrong but so far i have 2 toy poodles and my friend has 4 and so far its been those numbers
Toy dogs can't have puppies. Don't try to mate with them.
The toy poodle has a small litter of 2-5 puppies.
7 puppies is the average.
Toy or small dogs (in the case of the toy poodle) produce from 1 to 4 puppies. Medium breeds have an average of 6 puppies.

Usually it's 3
around seven to fourteen
A teacup poodle usually has about two to three puppies per batch, a toy poodle has 2 or three poodles per litter. The puppies in a litter can also be different sizes. A toy poodle I once owned had 3 puppies one very tiny, one medium and one very large.Medium sized poodles have four to six and the standard (large) have many more.
There were 101 dalmatians:99 puppies and 2 parents
Four would be a normal size litter, They don't have huge litters. But can have 5 or 6 but 4 would be a good size litter. The smaller the litter the better condition the Dam will be in.. Good luck
My dog had six puppies in her 1st litter of puppies.
yes even though many people thought the poodle origonated from France
I have one that just had seven on her first set of puppies
Most miniature's have four to six puppies. It would depend on the mother and father's genes. Possibly one parent has a larger gene and could throw more puppies the the normal. When I bought my new teacup poodle this week, her mother gave birth to four puppies and teacups usually only have two or three puppies.
