You put the capacity of the oil pan back in. This is listed in your owners manual. If you do not have one park the car on a level surface. Drain the oil and replace the filter. Add 4.5 quarts and start the engine. Run for 30 seconds and shut down. Wait 30 minutes and check the oil level. Add as necessary to reach the full mark. You now know the capacity.
Are we allowed to know if this is in the engine, transmission, radiator or gas tank .
Get a big hammer and start beating on the car from the front to the back and keep repeating.

Hello. I have a 2011 Chevy Impala and the backseat middle headrest prevents good visibility and, thus, is a driving safety concern. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you! Hal
Sounds like you need new struts.
Unless it is the Luxury edition, the seats do not fold down.
It's either in the front windshield or the rear back glass.
The 2001 Chevy Impala vacuum module can be found on the back of the engine. The vacuum module valve will be near the top of the engine.
It should connect at the back of the sunroof under the headliner and I think the hose drains out of the trunk near the rear wheel well.
