You could get ribbons by entering your Pokemon in a contest in Hearthome City. Another place to get ribbons is at Dr. Footstep's House (the first Pokemon in your party is the one who gets the ribbon, and that Pokemon must like you alot). Another place i know of is if you tell a story to a lady named Julia in Sunyshore City. She will give you a ribbon every day if you tell her a story. You could also buy the GORGEOUS ribbon for your Pokemon in The Ribbon Syndicate(you have to be a member) in Resort Area. That ribbon is only available in that place. It cost $10,000. Hope this helps.

Where is the spa in Pokemon pearl?
The spa is inside the Ribbon mansion on the 2nd floor in the Resort Area. You get there after beating the Elite 4 and gaining the National dex. Jump on a boat from Snowpoint city and when you get to the battle area go as far right as you can (surfing involved). To get into the ribbon mansion you need at least 10 different ribbons. (footprint ribbon, champion ribbon, normal rank ribbons great ranks etc etc.) just make sure they are 10 different ones and your in.
How do you get a lot of ribbons in Pokemon Pearl?
You can get a lot from doing the contests in hearthrome city and the footprint guy he's by all those houses but you have to go down to the beach and take a left and go up and you can get a ribbon from the Pokemon league but you have to put all the ribbon's on one Pokemon like I did with my Torterra. You might want to get a Pokemon in ruby,sapphire,emearld,leafgreen,or firered and migrate it if it has a lot of ribbons. You need 10 ribbons (10 on one Pokemon) to get into the resort area building. There you can purchase your choice of three ribbons. The most expensive ribbon costs $999,999,999. In other words, the last ribbon costs the max amount of money. I hope my advice helped.
