On July 10, 2014, a state court judge ruled that the clerk may continue to ignore the stays on the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals' decision (6/25/14) and the Adams County District Judge's decision (7/9/14) both of which found Colorado's ban on same-sex marriage to be unconstitutional.
