No marriage licenses have yet been issued to same-sex couples in Washington state. The law legalizing same-sex marriage will reportedly take effect on December 6, 2012.
Update:
Today, December 6, 2012, my partner of almost 14 years (Diane Roznik) and I (Michelle Adams) were the first same sex couple to obtain a marriage license in Kittitas County Washington. We didn't see any other couples applying when we left at about 9:30 a.m. Hopefully we will see more couples getting married in Kittitas County soon.
Although same-sex marriage has been legal in Maine since January 5, 2013, the Maine Division of Public Health Services, which publishes statistical data pertaining to marriages in Maine on its website, has not published marriage data more recent than that relating to 2012. See related link below.
As of May 2014, Washington county, PA has not released any data as to how many same sex marriages have taken place.
89 same-sex couples were married in Benton County in 2013. 22 same-sex couples married there in 2012.
31 same-sex couples married in Kittitas County in 2013. 2 same-sex couples married there in 2012.

I don't think you can. You either has to be single or married to adopt. Just living together is neither. if you are in a samesex relationship and has gone through partnership might be possible though.
Anyone can do anything they want to as long as they truly want it. No, in Islam having a boyfriend/girlfriend type of relationship is not allowed whether your a male or a female and whether the bf/gf is Muslim or not. If you have anymore questions regarding the matter, just ask and I'll be happy to answer them. i gree in islam having a boyfrnd or a grlfrnd is not allowd but today no youngr generation follows it .....so if a muslim girl personlly like a non muslim boy...then it is not allowd in islam.....u cannot marry him unless he accpts islam...:)
