The clerk of Mineral County is among those in Colorado who have declined to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, presumably pending a ruling by either the Colorado State Supreme Court or the United States Supreme Court either upholding or reversing rulings by lower courts that have struck down Colorado's ban on same-sex marriage as unconstitutional. Meanwhile, some other Colorado counties have been issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples with judicial approval.

I don't think you can. You either has to be single or married to adopt. Just living together is neither. if you are in a samesex relationship and has gone through partnership might be possible though.

No, in Islam having a boyfriend/girlfriend type of relationship is not allowed whether your a male or a female and whether the bf/gf is Muslim or not.
