Elizabeth 1's father was Henry VIII, Henry also fathered Mary (Bloody Mary) the only surviving child of his union with Katherine of Aragon, Henry acknowledged, Henry FitzRoy (Earl of Nottingham) as his son, by his mistress Bessie Blount. Henry may have fathered a child to Mary Bolyn, but if so the child was not acknowledged. Then came Elizabeth herself, followed by her brother Edward, son of Henry VIII and Jane Seymour, and heir to Henry viii.

Elizabeth 1 had at least three siblings who survived infancy.
