You probably need to format the memory card using your cell phone. Before you put anything on a memory card that is used in a cell phone it has to be formatted so it can be used by the phone. Once it is formatted correctly you can put things onto the card using the folders that the formatting process has created.
You can't do it buy bluetooth unless you have the same cellular company but if you have Verizon you can't do it period you would have to take the memory card out and put it in the phone that you would like to use and look through your phone to find your phone memory and click on phone and then go to music and select what songs. then you click/select the options and select move and then select card or external storage.

All you do is purchase a memory card reader and hook it to your PC. Then you take the memory card out of your cell phone and put it in to the memory card reader and hook it to your PC usb slot. It will show all the files from your phone on the memory card. You go to the photo or video etc and drag it in to the memory card, uninstall the memory card reader from your PC then put the card in your phone. There all done =]
