In a Freudian psychological sense (if you subscribe to it) all sons want to sleep with their mothers. The reality however is that effectively none physically want to do such a thing.
There is a curious effect that happens to almost all people when they are very young. Almost without exception a young boy or girl will be almost incapable of having sexual feelings towards someone they spend a lot of time with from a young age. This includes siblings, it seems that the mind precludes them as a potential partner if they spend time together from a very early age.
However there have been many reported cases of siblings separated at birth ago have met later in life and formed relationships unaware they are related, and mother/sons and father/daughters that have formed sexual relationships after being reunited after having spent no time together when the offspring was very young. It seems that without this preclusive time spent together in infancy related party's are in fact capable of being attracted to one another.
