One space.

There is a general American practice that if a dependent clause (incomplete sentence) follows the colon, the writer should insert one space; and if an independent clause (complete sentence) follows the colon, the writer should use two spaces. However, this is practice is generally seen as antiquated and is discouraged in professional-style manuscripts. One space is sufficient.

You insert one space after you have placed the colon.

I'd say one. Anymore makes it look sloppy, and so does no spaces. However, if your text is small, put two spaces or more as needed. It's really up to you, make it to your taste.

Spacing is always the same, regardless of the puntuation preceding the space.

There are no spaces after a colon when writing time; 3:15 p.m. is how it is written.
