In a union side there are 15 players plus subs on the bench per side. In the league code there are 13 players perside (thry do not use flankers) plus subs.
Each side is allowed 12 substitutions per game.
They can have 15 in the squad and 12 playing the game which means their is 7 on the bench. If you mean how much subs can you have in a match that is unlimited.
