Tablespoon is a unit of volume and gram is a unit of mass. Also ginger may be as a powder, granules, dribs. The conversion is not possible; the answer is obtained only experimentally.

May be needed if swapping powdered for fresh in recipes to avoid ginger 'hair' fibres. Patronising reasons why it won't work is unhelpful and insulting. 4.75 teaspoons powder per 100g fresh. An equal amount of allspice helps the flavour balance.

A tablespoon holds roughly 15ml. You can't convert volume to mass without knowing the density of the stuff you're measuring.

10 grams is 10 grams, you can't weigh things in spoons.

This cannot be determined because tablespoons/teaspoons are measures of volume and grams is a measure of weight or mass.

That depends entirely on how the ginger is prepared. Is it fresh or dried? Is it grated, minced, or powdered?
