one teaspoon is 1/6 of an ounce. mathematically the answer would be 8.64 teaspoon.

Realistically I doubt anybody has a .64 teaspoon. 8 1/2 tsp would be very close, as .14 of a teaspoon would be a somewhat trivial amount. (about an eight of a tsp)
