There are 7 teeth in the door figure on Shark Tooth island. Each has a symbol in the ancient hieroglyphics, which are listed on Professor Hammerhead's journal page.
Pressing the four teeth that spell "OPEN" in hieroglyphics will open the door. Press the 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th (from left) and then the nose.

Spelling the word "OPEN" uses four of the face's "teeth". From the left side, you push the 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th teeth, then the nose.
