Dogs in general have 42 adult teeth. When dogs are younger they have 28 milk teeth or baby teeth.
This is general information about dogs (see link below)
Full grown dogs, if they have all of their teeth, should have 42. They have 20 on their upper jaw and 22 on their lower jaw. Puppies have 28 teeth all together.
Many Yorkies start teething or grow their teeth around 5-6 weeks of age. Some may do it at 4, but this is the usual age.

I found this question in the dog training, yorkshire terrier, pit bulls category. What does the number of stores have to do with dogs? I am guessing that there are no stores in the world called "Dog Training, Yorkshire Terrier, Pit Bulls". Thanks.
The Maltese Terrier is a small dog which is mainly white, the Maltese hair can grown very long and silky. They have a lifespan of 12-14years. Althoough the Maltese hair can grow long like a Yorkshire terrier, many owners clip their Maltese hair. The Maltese can grown from 7.5-9 inches tall depending on the sex. They have litters of around three pups and they originate from centeral medditeranian areas. Hope this helps :/

According to the American Kennel Club, a full grown Yorkshire Terrier's weight "must not exceed 7 lbs". I would say typically they fall between 4 to 7 lbs, however, depending on many factors they could weigh anywhere from 2 to 12 lbs :)
When grown adults grow all of their teeth they'll have 32 teeth if u loose any of ur adult teeth it WILL NOT GROW BACK!!!!!!!!!!
Have a spay/neuter performed when she comes out of heat. Vets also sometimes offer amessmate shot, but there can be serious side effects, and its not always effective. (Many vets don't offer them anymore.)
When they are grown up, they should have 28.
There is only one Yorkshire Terrier. Many irresponsible breeders call their dogs, ''Teacup-Yorkies'' or ''Toy Yorkies'', but Yorkshire terriers are already only 3 to 7pounds, so there aren't any 'teacups'. There is also the 'Biewer Yorkie'' which is simply mis marked Yorkshire Terrier, that, because it cannot be show (its color is a disqualification) should not be bred.
