Once you are on a racing blooper, you can't get off of it. You have to stay on until you die or you get the shine sprite.
It's at the end of the area.
I'm 100 % sure it is 10..
Blooper is not a Pokemon. Blooper is a squid-shaped reoccuring enemy in the Mario video game series. Bloopers are generally light blue and small, and sometimes hover. One note-worthy blooper is Gooper Blooper, a boss in Super Mario Sunshine. He is just like a regular blooper only much, MUCH bigger. Gooper Blooper was defeated when Mario jumped on the tips of his tentecals to stun them, and then pull them off. After his legs were removed, Mario could grab Gooper Blooper's mouth, tug it, and launch him into the sea. Gooper Blooper was the second most fought boss in the game (3 times. Third was Petey Piranha with 2 battles, and first went to Shadow Mario, with many, MANY battles.)
you can finish all the practices and suceed on them or you can go to Mario stadium and have peach unlock him near the bubbles.
Make sure you have Peach. If you don't, go to Peach Ice Garden to get her. Go to Mario Stadium. Head to the dock. You should see some ripples in the water. Use Peach's Heart Power there, and Blooper will appear. I suggest using IGN's Mario Super Sluggers Walkthrough for any more problems.
You get the rocket nozzle after you open the rocket nozzle box in the level with the blooper boss.
It is one of the fastest and easy to control. Blue Falcon is the best one though.
