replacement of tires are accomplished by wear. tread depths are measured and when the tire reaches its minimum they are replaced. there isn't a set number of landings unless the specific airlines has a replacement rule on number of landings. If you are talking about general aviation aircraft you can regroove the tires one time before replacement is required.
