How many times can you use the name of your business in various answers before it is considered spam?

There is no specific rule. This always is frustrating, but it is reality. It is kind of like "I will know it if I see it." Different supervisors have different criteria. If you are concerned about getting warned or kicked off for spam, then you probably are right. If the only reason you answer questions is to advertise your company, then you are spamming, and many of us can see that right away.
If you have a software program that can solve the problem asked about in the question, feel free to mention your product. BUT...do not copy and paste a marketing message, like, "this super-duper solve everything software package is the best solution on the market and you are wasting your money by purchasing anything else." You may feel that way, but there are very few software applications that can make that claim. I have been working with computers since 1970 and I am not aware of any software application, appropriate for this forum, that can make the "I am the only one" claim.
If you have a URL, include it as a related link. If you would like to include information about your company on your bio page, please do--that's the place for tooting your own horn. I found one company (maybe it was yours) that had posted the same marketing message to 138 questions -- many were only loosely related to the product being advertised. The program is a good product, and can stand up to it's claims, but should not have been hawked as the best in the world solution. I moved the URL to related links, merged all 138 questions into a single question, modified the answer, and deleted all extra copies of the marketing message.
