A single pregnancy lasts on average 66 days, with another 2-3 months of dedicated time to care for the kittens from the litter. Based on this, a cat may have kittens every 4-6 months, or 2 to 3 times per year.

A sexually mature female cat goes into heat, or estrus, several times a year; during estrus, she is both receptive to, and attractive to, male cats. The gestation period of the cat is about 65 days; the average litter consists of 4 kittens. So it depends on how often she goes into heat and whether or not she is allowed to mate. I strongly suggest you spay your female cat. Overpopulation is an enormous problem

A female cat can have at least three litters a year. What may surprise you is that she can get pregnant while nursing the latest litter. The best way to avoid this is to get her spayed and him neutered. Do your part to reduce the unwanted pet population.

Usually once per year in the late spring early summer. It's the length of daylight that is the stimulus for mating season to begin but warmer temperatures also play a role.
