In my belief, many refer to Jesus Christ as "The Light of the World". When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, His "Spirit" or "Light" comes into your heart. You do not "see" the "light" per say. The "light" is "seen" in the way you live. If you are living according to God's Word, The Bible, people will see a difference in you. That difference is the "Light" of Jesus in your heart.
