Considering the fact that 55 rich white men wrote it I doubt it states anything about women. There is no reason why they should since women were considered chattel and had no rights. Women couldn't own land, businesses, inherit, vote, go to college, or many other things.

Depends what kind of woman you are talking about. Some women might, while others would despise those who appear not to be friendly. But I do know that a great way to get a woman's attention is to be very kind and gentle (they all like it, but some women might like mr.niceguy at times then mr.chains and cuffs). Without knowing the woman's march you are referring to I took a guess and looked up information on the women's suffrage movement which was for the woman's right to vote. This happened in the 1850s. The constitution was signed in 1787.
