I can not give you anexact number of times 'giving' is mentioned in The Bible but i can give you a few scriptures where it is mentioned:

Matthew 10:8-"Cure sick people, raise up dead persons, make lepers clean, expel demons. You received free, givefree."
Acts 20:35-"I have exhibited to you in all things that by thus laboring you must assist those who are weak, and must bear in mind the words of the Lord Jesus, when he himself said, 'There is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving.'"
Psalm 107:8-"O let people give thanks to Jehovah for his loving-kindness and for his wonderful works to the sons of men."
