There are none. In any fair lottery (such as WI state lottery) after a couple months, each number should have been selected almost the same amount of times.

There is no email lottery. It is likely that you have been contacted with a scam. Sorry.
Almost. A Ireland lottery winning numbers were 4,8,15,16,23,24(!) The last number of the Lost number is 42, so that's backwards and almost close. http://blogcritics.org/archives/2005/11/20/032406.php
there have been 173 894 032 sold in Georgia
Lottery drawings are entirely random and unpredictable. However, if you could purchase lottery tickets for EVERY SINGLE COMBINATION of numbers, you could "buy" the lottery. This has actually been done, at least once. This takes good planning, a lot of people, and a LOT of money. If nobody else has the winning number, you can actually come out ahead, but if you split the jackpot with somebody else, you'll lose money even though you WON THE LOTTERY!!!
The UK lottery results can be found at the official National Lottery website. They are available shortly after the draw has been made. In addition, one can take the ticket to any ticket sales point and they will check to see if it has a winning line.
Chances are pretty low. Depending on the numbers the odds of winning are minuscule. 1 chance in 15 million is what the standard odds are, depending on the number of tickets purchased and the specific quantities of numbers. Adding a Power Ball factor into the equation reduces it even more.
Since 2003, Pennsylvania state has sold the most winning powerball tickets. There were 12 jackpot tickets sold in Pennsylvania. After that Indiana has sold 9 ticket.Check the statewise list of all powerball jackpot winners at :http://portalseven.com/lottery/powerball_jackpot_map.jsp
Really depends on which lottery you are playing, but generally the odds are never in your favor, which is why some people pool their lottery tickets together in attempt to increase the change of winning.
in reality picking the numbers that win the most often actually lessens your chances of winning. if you have a 5/50 chance of hitting 1 number and 3 weeks in a row that number was chosen say 10 times in the last year. the chances of it landing a 11th time is much less then say a number that has never been chosen before. its very confusing to explain while typing but your best bet is to just keep trying random numbers. or give up the lotto. Good luck.
Predicting when someone will win a lottery is not possible as lottery outcomes are based on chance and luck. Lottery draws are random events, and there is no way to accurately forecast when a specific individual will win. It's important to approach lotteries with the understanding that winning is unpredictable, and there is no guaranteed strategy for success. Participants should play responsibly and within their means. If you have any other questions or if there's something else I can assist you with, feel free to let me know!
