This is hard to answer. The volcano in 10,000 years erupted an average of every 800 years and in the last 4,500 years it has erupted an average of every 600 years.. If we do the math that comes to 12.5 times in 10,000 years and in 4500 years that is 7.5 times for a total of 20 times. The last time was 200 years ago.

There is no volcano by the name of Mount Saint Rainier. This question confuses two different volcanoes: Mount St. Helens and Mount Rainier. Mount St. Helens famously unleashed a massive eruption on May 18, 1980, but has produced smaller eruptions as recently as 2008. Mount Rainier last erupted in 1894.
