The phrase "Father God" does not appear within The Bible. The word "father" appears in conjunction with "God" one hundred and sixty times in the King James Version, seventy of these within the New Testament, and nineteen of these within the Gospels. Christians refer to God as "Father God" because of Christ's statement that those who followed him would be adopted and known as "Children of God."

By my estimation, it is somewhere between 50 and 55.

An interesting note: Nowhere in the Bible do we find the phrases "God the Father" or "Father God". In
1 Corinthians 8:6, it does say: "there is one God, the Father..." but notice the comma.
