Allah (God in English), the Creator, swear by His creations, per His will, but we as human are allowed to swear only by Allah (the Creator) not to swear by any human or any of Allah creations.

I think it will add no value to know how many times Allah swear by His creations in Quran.

some think they are seven times.

AnswerMany times, not knowing exactly how many times. Allah swore with Al-Fajr (dawn), the Day of Resurrection (Day of Judgement) with its different names, prophet Muhammad, the sun, the sky, the star, ... etc. However, for you , as Allah (God in English) believer, you should swear only by God.

What is the oath in British courts?

I swear by Almighty God that the evidence I shall give will be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Alternative formas are available, according to religion - or lack of it. Commonest variation is to affirm: Instead of 'I swear by Almighty God', one says 'I do solemnly affirm and declare'. This is used by both militant atheists and those Christians who take seriously Jesus' injunction not to swear at all.

How did justice affect Adam and Eve?

When Adam and Eve begged Allah karim's forgiveness, He forgave them. We must remember that Adam and eve were extremely innocent. They didn't know what sin was. They didn't have the slightest idea that anyone could tell a lie, and swear in the name of Almighty, and yet be a liar. They fell a prey to Satan's treachery and wickedness because of their innocence. Even an otherwise negligible forgetfulness on the part of a Prophet is sometimes not let slip away by Almighty God. This is how He trains a Prophet. Adam and Eve became more than ever conscious in their lives on the earth.
