How many times is Jesus amazed in the bible?

It was not so much Jesus as his disciples and all the people that were amazed.

There is only one reference that I can find at Jesus being amazed:

And he taketh with him Peter and James and John, and began to be sore amazed, and to be very heavy; (Mark 14.33)

Although Jesus did marvel, which is akin to being amazed, first at the unbelief of the people of Nazareth, (Mark 6.6), and then at some people of great faith:

When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel (Matthew 8.10)
