Then (in your home's shower) douse the contaminated areas with hydrogen peroxide 3% solution and scrub (don't get it in your eyes). Wait two minutes, while the peroxide oxidizes any microscopic nasties crawling around on you, then take a regular shower. Use lots of soap.
