More or less plan on spending 10 bucks in tolls, if your taking 77S to 95. You can avoid tolls altogether but that adds about an hours solid to your trip each way.
If you take Hwy 95, it shouldn't cost you anything! Well at least from North Carolina to Florida should be Free... that at least. I 95 is free all the way. If you travel through Port Royal, there is a toll road there which can be bypassed. It pays to buy a travel atlas.
