Right now, currently, nobody has any upcoming information about anything higher than a Ruby Contributor. As of July 2012, there are only 18 users that have reached the Ruby Contributor Level. I'd say that the most common level is Regular, Bronze, and Silver. Gold, Platinum, Double Platinum, and Ruby are more common for Supervisors. This might be an excellent feature that always keeps everyone working, there should always be a higher level to accomplish, that keeps people going and knowledgeable. Maybe they'll come out with a Diamond Level or something for like five million contributions.
