Your account is examined once you have 10 violation points. Depending on the severity of those ten, you could get a 3-day, 7-day, month, or 2-month ban, or even a permanent ban.
Most of the time, you start off with a 3-day ban. Then it moves up to week. Possibly another week, or a month.
It's different for every player. Depending on your history of violations, and bans, you could get a permanent ban, or a two month ban.
If you don't want to get banned, just play nice with all players and don't break the rules.
You get a violation point. Get too many violation points, and you can be banned. -Vallina from PInto
Go to the main Horse Isle website and log in. On the server page, right above the servers, there will be a little link to see your violation points. If you have no violation points, there will be no link. Violation points are removed in about 2 months after they have been issued. (If you need more Horse Isle help, check out the related links.)
On HorseIsle 1, they will show up above the server list when you log in. There will be new red text saying how many violations you have, with a link to view what they are for. On HorseIsle 2, you can view them under the My Account page once you've logged in. Otherwise, there will be a very noticeable paragraph of red text on the log-in panel when you first load into the game. This notification will be there every time you log in until all of your violation points have expired.
