On HorseIsle 1, they will show up above the server list when you log in. There will be new red text saying how many violations you have, with a link to view what they are for.

On HorseIsle 2, you can view them under the My Account page once you've logged in. Otherwise, there will be a very noticeable paragraph of red text on the log-in panel when you first load into the game. This notification will be there every time you log in until all of your violation points have expired.

Depends on the severity of the violation. It will, however, show up on your MVR, regardless of whether or not California assesses points for it.

If you fought a ticket in court and the court dropped the points will the points still show as insurance points?

The violation that is enterd by the court will also be entered on your MVR for driver's license and insurance points. If you ended up pleading guilty to a lesser violation then the points in both cases will be less. Insurance companies can assess points even though there are no driver's license points assessed.

Will passing in a no pass zone make your insurance go up?

No, not that one particular charge. However, every moving violation has 'points' attached to it. If you get too many tickets (i.e.: too many points accumulated) your rates will go up. EXCEPTION: If the ticket was issued as a result of an accident - yes - your rates WILL go up because of the accident caused by that violation.

How many violation points do you need to get banned from HorseIsle?

Your account is examined once you have 10 violation points. Depending on the severity of those ten, you could get a 3-day, 7-day, month, or 2-month ban, or even a permanent ban. Most of the time, you start off with a 3-day ban. Then it moves up to week. Possibly another week, or a month. It's different for every player. Depending on your history of violations, and bans, you could get a permanent ban, or a two month ban. If you don't want to get banned, just play nice with all players and don't break the rules.
