To start with, the following web page:

says that the total number in the world's oceans is 1030 (a 10 with 30 zeros after it).

Also, in the BBC's "Horizon" series, an episode entitled "Why do viruses kill?" stated that if all viruses on earth were laid end-to-end, the line would be 200 million light years long. This seems a little improbable, so I would take it with a pinch of salt. Nevertheless, 200 million light years is roughly 2×1024 meters. If we take the average diameter of a virus to be 20 nanometers (I have no idea if that's an accurate average, but it is the diameter of the rhino-virus), then that would give us:

2×1024 meters divided by 2×10-8 meters ≈ 1032viruses.

It seems improbable that there would be a factor of 100 difference in the number of viruses on earth if you included viruses not in the sea, so there is probably an error in the estimate somewhere (possibly in the average size of a virus or the 200 million light year figure). Either way, you have an estimate of somewhere between 1030 and 1032.
