It would probably not work on 150 volts. Many televisions can be adjusted to work on 230 v (Europe) or 120 v (USA).
A TV will use all the volts you give it. The amount of power on the other hand varies greatly depending on type and vintage.

Many electronic items can be powered by 37.8 volts of electricity. These include some LED TVs, some smaller notebook computers, and tablets.
If many fans like the shows the company distributes, the tv rating companies PAY them to air, because if the shows aren't funded, the fans get mad, and go straight to the tv rating companies angrily, and without control over all those fans, they can easily get a bad name.
Depends entirely on what the TV is made for. Most run on mains voltage - whatever that is where you live, but probably either around 120 VAC or 240 VAC. But some are made for caravans, RVs, cars and trucks, and can run on either 12VDC or 24VDC.
110 volts
You do not get celebrity's personal phone numbers.Celebrities give their personal numbers, whether landline or cell phone, to very few people who promise (and sometimes even are required to sign an agreement) NOT to give the number to ANYONE. The numbers are private and celebrities do everything they can to keep them private.Though that is disappointing to fans, think about it. A celebrity with only a thousand fans (and we all know they have many, many more than that) would get so many calls that they would not get anything else done: concerts, television shows, nothing. It just is not feasible for celebrities to allow fans to have their personal numbers and fans really should respect that.
No. Australia's electricity supply is 230 volts at 50Hz... america's is 120 volts at 60Hz.
