So Jehovah here is selecting those whom will witnesses about the marvelous things that he has done and will continue to do. So from those few scripture a witnesses is someone that will carry out or report something that they know. Final scripture Acts 1:8 says " But you will receive power when the holy spirit comes come upon you, and you be witnesses of me to the most distant parts of the earth. so Jehovah will give us his spirit to carry out his words, so many will know of his promises and bless for mankind and the earth.
